Owning property around Lima from three states away shouldn't mean guessing. We keep the place up and send you photos so you can see it instead of taking our word for it.
Scope of service
What we handle: grounds and lawn care, snow, unit turnovers and cleanouts, repairs and maintenance, vacant-property checks with photo reports, and coordination of contractor work.
What we don't: we are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not lease units, advertise vacancies, screen or place tenants, collect rent, or negotiate lease terms. Owners handle those directly or through a licensed broker.

Clean, paint, repair, haul out what's left — ready for the owner to put back in service.
Repairs
Our own experienced crew, so there's no waiting on a stranger's schedule.
Grounds
Lawn, trimming, leaves, snow removal, trash-out on vacant lots.
Vacant checks
Regular walk-arounds with dated photos, so you know it's still buttoned up.
